Questions

Before you reach out

We're only four people. Is automation worth it for us?

Usually more than for a big company, because there's nobody spare to absorb the admin. The businesses that get the most out of this are the ones where the owner is still doing the invoicing at night. If the audit shows there's nothing worth automating, we'll say so.

Do we have to change the software we use?

Almost never. We build around Xero, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Shopify, Tradify and most common booking systems. Changing tools is expensive and unpopular, so we treat it as a last resort.

What happens if an automation goes wrong?

Every action is logged and reversible, and anything that sends or spends can be set to need your approval first. Failures alert us, not you, and we fix them under your care plan.

Is our data going overseas?

It stays in your own accounts, under your own logins. We work inside your systems rather than copying your data into ours. If a tool we recommend stores data offshore, we'll tell you before you sign up to it.

How quickly do you respond to a security alert?

Within 15 minutes during our live remote desk hours. Serious alerts — ransomware behaviour, a confirmed account takeover — are actioned outside those hours too.

Do you come on site, or is everything remote?

100% remote. We connect to your systems over an encrypted session — no site visits, no waiting in for a technician. Most fixes happen in the same session; anything bigger is logged as a ticket and worked through our remote desk.
